I understand that the item I am submitting for laser engraving is my personal property, and I assume full responsibility for its condition and suitability for engraving.

2. Risk of Damage

I acknowledge that laser engraving involves high-precision equipment and intense heat. I understand that despite all reasonable precautions, the process carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, scorching, cracking, warping, melting, or breakage of the item.

3. Material Reactions and Finish Changes

I understand that due to variations in materials, coatings, and finishes, the engraving process may cause unexpected changes to the appearance or structural integrity of my item, including but not limited to discolouration, fading, or uneven marking.

4. Unpredictability of Results

I understand that laser engraving results may vary depending on the material and cannot be guaranteed to meet exact expectations, colour, depth, or contrast.

5. Limited Liability

I release and hold harmless Signature Laser Engraving, its employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for damage, imperfections, or unsatisfactory results that may occur during or after the engraving process.

6. Permanence of Engraving

I acknowledge that laser engraving is a permanent modification. Once the process is completed, it cannot be reversed, undone, or removed.

7. No Replacement or Compensation

In the event of damage or undesirable results, I understand that Signature Laser Engraving will not offer a replacement item, repair, or monetary compensation.
